@MrMoBidnizz Its showbiz, they need the public to see they hate these crimes, and what parent wouldnt be ok with this. Besides, isnt it ironic that there is also a majority of sex crimes being committed by police more than actual offenders? Just google officers and sex crimes and you will see that your trusted humans can also make mistakes. We are all human who make mistakes; we all deserve our day in court. Plz visit sosen dot org for education and get informed on truth not on fear

@whotrickedyou An example im at the bar, my intentions are to get pissed drunk and drive. But I dont commit the crime but those were my intentions, so should i go to jail? See the reasoning? This is another example why they have those interviews to get the perp to admit. If he were to just keep his mouth shut, case is over with and the case gets thrown out due to lack of evidence. Again, 'intent' is not against the law. Too difficult to prove. This is a continuation of the bottom

@whotrickedyou If you saw the conviction rate you would see that your 'theory' on 'attempt' (ie; intent) is full of holes because the majority of the cases were thrown out due to lack of evidence because no law was actually broken. The word 'intent' or 'attempt' is not against the law, this is why they have those interviews to build the case because jus with them showing up or even speaking with the supposed 'children' is not enough for a conviction. Stick to bashing; law is not u

@barthelmy ... See folks, that's why you need me here.
I already explained that the "attempt" was illegal by law.
The fact, that they showed up to the house with condoms
was proof enough. Here it is - asking for sex, from a child
is against the law. That fact that he ASKED a 12 year old
(not that she was an actual minor) is breaking of the law.
The fact that he solicited her age and was told she was 12
should've stopped him. The law held them accountable for
again class - asking, kids.
-
@whotrickedyou Um no youre wrong because the person the guy spoke with or as you say 'solicited' was not a child. It was an adult. So no law was broken. Again this isnt minority report where 'intent' is your basis for a case. No law was actually broken because no child was involved. Only an actor disguising themselves as a child, which in my opinion should be against the law. Get your facts straight.
-
@barthelmy .... Nice try, but here are the facts guys.
What happened here was the pedo-bears, lol ... 1:28
was "soliciting a minor for sex". That's against the law.
Its illegal to ask kids for sex, either thru subtle implied
(joking) or thru actual - direct request. They did that...
If law enforcement catches you attempting sex on kids
they're authorized stop you with arrest, or worse. If you
attempt robbing banks the "attempt" is illegal. Its not
your constitutional right to molest.

@matureamericanable He used to be a predator but then he took an tazer to the torso.
-
@whotrickedyou Technically speaking any competent attorney can get all those charges dropped because technically the supposed child being visited was in actuallity an adult so there was no crime committed. The images sent dont matter because the reciever was an adult again no crime committed. Intent does not mean action. The 'Intent' argument is being abused in a large scale. This isnt Minority Report. This is the real world. Stop trampling on our constitution people.

Look at the way he keeps talking to the black female cop instead of the the guy actually asking him questions. Its like he's quietly saying "Help a brotha out...!"
To all the guys who got caught, on to catch a predator
remember to smile, because this is being seen in over
160 countries around the world 24/7 - 365 days a year
FOREVER and its not coming down. Guys this is what
happens when you go after the kids. Imagine how many
people know these guys and told them - I SAW YOU
on "To Catch a Predator". Everywhere they go they will
hear that line -- for the rest of their lives. Big mistake!
I wonder which guy will be next on "Predator 2" soon?

"Scooby doo is brought in in the interrogation room."
I'd never though I'd hear that statement. Childhood ruined..
