One lightweight tank of helium inflating various sizes and shapes of baloons sequentially until they pop. This fraud explains why the camera was never (even accidentally) completely focused. They probably used a diffuser lens to conceal the fraud.

This video was taped on mexico for a tv crue and clearly looks like something that would be far beyond from our understanding. Theres no need to borrow with silly excuses of balloons.Just because we dont understand it, doesnt mean that had to be a terresterial explanation for it. . Mankind had seen this things for more than 60 years and till today nobody could find out what they are. So they choose to ignore it : If we cant explain it , then it doesnt exist was the usa Airforce policy.

I remeber this from a while back, the guy tells Jamie its balloons. Then about a minute later the guy in the other location radios in and says he has not released the balloons yet, he asks if the crew is ready. The real video is 6-8 mins long. Its out there somewhere.
