@mclive29 He was snubbed. In fact in this movie the tickets were sold under another billing. I think it was Titanic, but not sure. Dozens of theatres also refused to play it, including Lloyd Cinemas in Portland Or. where I live.

Unreal that this man didn't win some award for this. I can honestly say that this is best character depiction I have ever seen from an actor. Jamie Foxx's Ray would be a damn close second though.
