must i save the programme into a disk and insert the disk when i restasrt the com?

ALWAYS use a BIOS password.

NEVER leave your BIOS set to boot from anything but your HD, if YOU don't need it to.

I did everything properly but after it says booting up, nothing happens. The screen remains the same. Help please?

HOW DO I CHANGE bios?!

usually u chane just bring up the boot meny instead of entering the bios the boot menu on my computer for example is TAB (usually written below in splash screen or post when computer is starting up)

id say Kon-Boot is better since it modifies the windows kernel to allow you to login to an account without the password/
