Review:Hahnel MK100 Video Microphone

Hi there,
This is a Vid of the Hahnel Mk100 MIcrophone for DSLR and camcorder cameras
ive Been doing some tests with it and it turns out to be a fine mic for compared to its price wich is just under 100 euros
I was very pleased with it and i will have it on my cam from now on :)

You can now get a deadcat wind muff for this on amazon, makes a great difference together with the included wind cap when shooting outside.

Can someone do a comparison test between Hahnel MK100 and the RODE video mic ? I'm leaning towards the RODE but I like the MK100 also because it's more compact and looks cooler :)

@LordZorak11 yeah..it looks way cooler and sounds the same and is cheaper...no need for compariment..they all the sme in this price line...the diffrence between these two mics will be nihil...

when i did this review i didnt really knew what the best settings were camera/mic...but i know now andits a perfect mic and looks real cool ...certainly when you take off the wind cap

Is deze mic beter of hetzelfde als de rode videomic pro of videomic?

Ik zou hem namelijk kopen, omdat hij goedkoper is, maar als het slechte kwaliteit is dan koop ik hem niet.

What u mea n it dont work?...do u have the batterys in right?..did u switch it to on? how are the audio settings in ur camera? maybee the input settings of ur camera are real low and the mic is on -10 db...put mic on +10db and put camera input on 25 % switch mic on(green light comes on) nd i say it must work! :)
