A slideshow of my ship transiting the Singapore Strait, while enroute to Japan.
The journey from to navigate from the west to east of Singapore took about 3 hours.

This video is dedicated to Captain lzd772 for his contribution of precious and breath taking flight videos on youtube

  • I missed my seaman days!

  • Very nice! :-)

  • Thats normal office hours :)

Do you work only in 1 ship or you keep changing to another ship

  • navigating officers work 24-7 in shifts of 4hours on 8 hours off. for engine officers, if the ship has an automated engine room, we work 8am-5pm.

  • Oh no , thats very long.

Do you work 24 hours onboard the ship ?

  • depends on your rank and company. junior officers (3rd & 2nd officer) work 6 months onboard and go on leave for 2 months.

  • Usually how long do you need to stay on a ship when you work ?

  • yep. to run a ship, you need navigators and engineers.

  • So , you work onboard a ship ??

  • Great video !!!!

    5 STAR

Are you a ship captain ?????
