If there is a beginner in the arcade trying to learn how to use Guile and does not know how to Sonic Boom and Flash Kick, Wouldn't you rage quitters want to challenge the guy? Wouldn't you rage quitters want to take advantage of a beginner? And now Irrepressible Guile is a master of Guile and is winning those rage quitters, they start complaining. You guys should grow up. I am young and I am talking from experience.

People should stop complaining about Guile turting. I can't call it turtling if Guile has only two moves Sonic boom (Hold back for two seconds and then forward punch) and Flash Kick(Hold down for two seconds and then up kick). That's how Gulie does his moves plus his basic moves that are very useful. The type of people I really call turtlers are Ken and Ryu players that only turtle and turtlers characters that has qcf,qcb,hcf,hcb moves and still choose to turtle
