I recently extended a formal offer to State and City Agencies to conduct independent training of these drivers free of charge. I am waiting on their response.

You think the bus drivers would take their jobs more seriously by doing pre-trip inspections more often. Those bus drivers need to go back to training or be fired if they can't even do a simple pre-trip inspection.
