Bix Jazz Liturgy

Each year, the congregation of First Church celebrates the Annual Bix Jazz Festival Liturgy. First Presbyterian Church is the official site of the Bix Jazz Service for the Quad City area as it celebrates Bix Beiderbecke and Jazz Music and the Bix 7 Race. On Sunday, July 27, the festival jazz liturgy will drew over 1,400 people to Bix's church home. Visitors and members were invited to a historical display in Fellowship Hall between the services as well as church tours given by Ask Me! Volunteers. First Church always invites all friends from the community to worship at this very special service.
