the boost was set too high thats why it cuts out, we had to turn the boost down for it to not cut out. Which means car is slower.

you certainly dont know crap about srt4, 30 psi spike maybe but the most you will hold to red line is about 18 psi on the stock turbo.

@li7in6 hmm, good point....well taken....i've just never personally seen an EVO outpaced by a fwd.They're so well-balanced and even at a roll they have incredible grip. But based on what you just told me I can better see how an equally powered SRT4 would win.

@snowmanii All of these races are from a roll. At a roll an AWD car loses all traction advantage and is actually at a disadvantage because it will put less power to the ground. AWD eats up engine power in parasitic losses due to the increased number of rotating mass. In highway rolls a FWD car like the SRT-4 is actually at an advantage as its only real disadvantage in a race is its lack of traction from a stop which doesn't exist in races such as this.

@jason14sierra Now don't get me wrong, SRT's are fast as crap, I love em....but awd vs fwd the only reason the awd should lose is because the driver cain't shift or they didn't tune their car well

This is true, and if you run 30 on it its not efficient at all, it runs like shit. and 18 psi is the only thing it will hold to redline, its just to small for anything else
