The Dirtiest trick Play in Football History

My brother's law school classmate concocted this play. You must see this. By the book this is a legal play. However, in my book, it's one of the cheapest and dirtiest plays of all time. What do you think? Fair or dirty?

To be clear, my brother, A.P. Pishevar, had nothing to do with this. His classmate, who will live in football infamy and thus will remain unnamed, did this.

Of course it's a dirty play- but it messes with the other team's heads- it let's you get the psychological advantage... Hate to say it, but my basketball teams used to run a similar play when coming back from halftime. It is dirty, but we only did it once or twice a season, and it put us where we needed to be psycholigically and shook up the other team a bit...
