@marshallone I agree. David will never win by just wearing them down, as he thinks. He needs to learn the concepts of sovereign citizenship and approach the situation from that standpoint. They will have no power against him if he understands who he truly is.

Legally, and I do mean written in law books, "driving" is defined as piloting a vehicle for financial gain or income. "Traveling" however is piloting your privately owned vehicle with no intention of gain or derivatives.
Non believers do yourself a favor and look it up.
BTW: Income tax does not apply for non-federal or non-state employees. I.E. Jack in the Box employees don't have to pay income tax.

Did you send the 'judge' a bill for your time? After all, the court gave you an order, which you filled, he owes you a fee for doing so. Keep digging and learning, you will find you do not need to submitt at all, nor be disobediant, as even that means they have some kind of authority to be disobediant too, which they do not.

Licensing and registration do not ensure safe driving. If they did, there would not be any traffic safety violations on the roadways. The state's interest in regulating the public roadways is only that of safety. If someone is unlicensed or unregistered but knows and abides by the rules of the road the state's safety interest in satisfied.
Licensing and registration is nothing less than a tax and revenue scheme for the state. It has nothing to do with safety issues.

I don't have insurance because the Act(In Ontario Canada) does not require it. If one actually read it they would know that it says you MAY get insurance. Also I am not obligated to contract with ANY corporation.
P.S. Accident is defined as 'intentional collision'
