  • in all sincerity if we are not to believe everything we hear then why should we believe yourself?

  • quionoa has no gluten, google it. nub

  • hi good to see your doing video

  • wejfsadgwmhfklc

  • what about beans?

  • Quinoa is a high protien grain. Does it really contain gluten?

  • @mclovehandels One thing thats really great about complex carbs is that it has tons of fiber. simple carbs arnt that good because they have simple sugars in them with no or very little fiber.

  • @jeromed2 You need complex carbs or you wont have any energy. Also your brain needs complex carbs because complex carbs are sugar and you need sugar. If your eating potatos, carrots, corn, beans, or any other green vegetables you are eating carbs. Your diet should be mostly complex carbs.

  • I know some pro athletes (pro fighters in MMA,, some pro boxers, and some pro triathletes) and we eat what you say we should avoid, and still, we are healthy, in tip-top shape and we perform well. When we train 2-3 times a day, 6 times a week, all what you say doesn't concern us. We only need carbo, protein, fruits & veggy (a lot of spinach ;)) beans, and of course, all the nutrients & supplements we absorb. Cut on salt & sugar. Also tend to avoid cheese.
