J&M's ending sucked. A 5 minute ceremony where everything over the past year was swept under a rug and the deserved payoff taken away from the fans, the actors and the characters.

I think Eileen returning in 2010 as EJ mom and fighting with Sami and bringing in a new Shawn for Chloe, and a grown up Will, have this show must see tv again. Its time for a new era, we need new couples, new villans and good storytelling. The reason ED still works is because she was EJ mom and she can return as bad as ever, and have her and Sami up against each other will make this the number 2 show again. I think the J/M fans got a great ending, them married and off into the sunset.

Actually she wasn't EJ's mom, and Kristen wouldn't be a new villain. ED is happy at Y&R and I doubt would ever return to DOOL.
