  • Yeah they were back to back, it was incredible. Have no idea if it was the first time ever done though.

  • do you mean two 147s in a row??

  • Yup, Jimmy got one then Ronnie got one straight after. Amazing!

  • I don't know if there's ever been back-to-back 147s by different players before, but Peter Ebdon once made two back-to-back in a best-of-five against Steve Davis. Also, Ebdon got to 113 and rattled the final black in the jaws against Ali Carter at the World Championship, and the very next frame Carter made his 147.

  • 2 147s in a row by both players ! Amazing

  • @jpjames1 Must've taken the whole weekend!

  • agreed big time, he is the biggest twat in snooker.

  • I love Jimmy White!!!

  • @QuasiConvexAnalysis you forget one !!

    Alex Higgins !!!

  • @jpjames1 really, to do 2 147s after each other almost sounds imposs

  • must've been deja vu for ronnie, in his autobiography he says when he had jimmy has his practise partner all he did was take balls out of pockets, luckily for him someone else was there to do that :)

  • Ebdon had back to back 147s in a exo match.

  • well in my opinion, they are the two most naturally gifted players ever to grace the sport, so its only fitting that they are the two to make this amazing event happen~~~

    best wishes, jimmy and ronnie.
