I am a fan from New Zealand, I bought your two 'Sensual 'DVD's from Amazon and I have a question - is the one sided hip circle you do - towards belly and outwards a verticle or horizontal? I am a little confused and when you put it in the combo (front and back and drop) I find it tricky not knowing if I am meant to do a horizontal or vertical one - thanks - if you can email it would be great - latabi@xtra.co.nz
