Ive started doing cardio boxing. This was my first session. I plan on doing it a couple times a week. Doing cardio boxing is a great alternative to treadmill and eliptical, plus its way more fun. Lol. You can also increase your wrist and hand strength, not to mention punching power, which is the main reason ive started doing it, i wont lie haha. Ill post another cardio boxing video in a month or so to see how much my speed and power has increased.
