no doubt. i would just expect all of the mixtapers to have more musical knowledge. i guess that's an uneven view of the music world, though.

Yeah, the flute is definitely not an instrument to start out on. I've been playing the flute since the fourth grade, but I only picked it up after a year of required recorder playing. It's a lot easier to play a wind instrument if you blow directly into it instead of across it.
