I needed to see & hear this God directed me to this vid I truly believe that. I look at myself everyday in the mirror and I dont see any changes. I get fustrated soo much like every other day I feel like giving up and just saying f this because I am tired of it but then i get on You Tube and I start to look at vids like this and soo many others and it inspires me to keep pushing and to keep going..so for this i say THANK YOU!!!!

this journey is more emotional than physical as i transform i realize more & more the deepest issues i had that led 2my obesity &that lifestyle i led of not caring about myself & its a war a fight & a battle dat is very lonely & scary especially when u reach a certain point in dis journey where u have just rediscovered urself u see dat u gotta learn how 2love urself & live all over again..my mind doesnt match new body & although motivated & committed & pushin it takes more effort than anything

@MzRae210 Get your body like hers??? I know plenty of women with hips and butt, and very curvy...seen a lot of them on YouTube. She's not the only one with a ok looking body, I think that too many people praise certain people for the wrong reasons. But honey, if you want your body like her's then go on ahead.
