  • This is just a good fuc*ing waste of debelopment. Directx 11 isn't bringing anything new, this same results can be achieved in previous direct3d engines.

How about working on animation transitions!, cloth physics or real direct lighting instead of workarounds (ssao) instead of barely noticeable polygons.

  • I thought the water and crowd was pretty damn impressive!

And the water does get affected by the car, what did you JUST see? and the water splasehs aswell .. What did you JUST see?

And honestly, that many people.. are you expecting to walk amongst them? They aren't the focus of attention when you drive.

  • The water is wrong, despite it reacts to the car it would splash in real life

  • It looks the same as my xbox...........for DirectX12 try something that actually enhances a game, like Lighting, physics, or destructability

  • @Diegog5 buy the game your self with a card that supports DX11

    then run it in DX9

its the only way you will se the HUGE diffrence between the 2

games are actually going to supposrt this new directx engine

not just dirt 2 but many more games

  • @GodRikudou well it slows down when you play it...dirt 2 is a great game

  • Of course I kinda feel pissed off than my GTX295 doesn't support Direct X 11 (although from a performance point of view, it easily could - it'S just a "lock" Nividia has imposed upon it, just like the Crysis DX9 Very High settings lock), but the differences are so small that ever soembody with DX9 wouldn't really notice.

  • That's how I found this video. I was searching for Dirt 2 Direct X 10 vs 11 haha.

  • I love how they hold back dx9 .

I'm glad I pirated the game.

  • Commento rimosso dall'autore

  • Yes, you're right. I think the same thing.

  • See how they show a video with DX9 vs 11?

    And not DX10 vs 11?

It's because the differences are so small that they have to take the pre-previous version of Direct X to increase the differences. Sheesh...
