did them in superfit class for a week it is intense but I don't recommend doing it at home cause u will get lazy try to have a group of people 3-4 and workout together to motivate each other :)

I tried this out and it works! I lost 13lbs in the first 4 weeks. However, my knees started hurting during the recovery week and I stopped half ways through week 5. I took 2 months off waiting for my knee pain to go away. I realized icing my knees after the workout helps against the pain. I started the program again from day 1 and I hope to stick through it all the way this time around.

sorry,but Insanity is good way it is..Only you and guys in TV.When you go to gym and there would be same lazy,and quite heavy people having problem with every move = it will be motivating for you or frustrating? :)
