Who is responsible for Baghdad bombings?

It is not known who is responsible for such attacks, as no one is claiming responsibility for them; which doesn't really make sense as terrorist organizations wouldn't benefit from such attacks if they don't claim responsibility in a trial of making a certain point or sending a certain message, especially with the fact that both Shiite and Sunnite cities are being targeted, police stations and civilian markets are being targeted; which makes one wonder if those were really terrorist attacks carried out by Iraqis belonging to different parties, or there is something else to the story involving other countries.
