go with the second position he shows. where the ball is pointing more towards 3rd base or the dugout if your pitching. don't point it back towards centerfield. doing that puts unnecessary tension/strain on the UCL or the medial epicondyle (which would be the case for most little leaguers because their growth plates are still open).
