This is my homemade notebook cooler that cost me around 3 dollars and some random computer parts I had sitting around the house. This is used on my Asus EeePC1000H but this could be used for most small to midsize laptops.

Hi, I have a question, Are those fans blowing air towards the latptop from underneath? or are they sucking the air into the binder and out the sides?

They are pulling the air out of the laptop because the fans which are already operating within the laptop are forcing air out of the case. The design of airflow should match the preexisting fan placement of your individual laptop and can be easily customized by placing the fans of the binder in conjunction with your vents/fans of your laptop

i made a water cooled system.. it cost me about $20

materials: 5V DC submersible pump, plastic container, 6mm outer diameter copper tubes, 1mm thick copper plates, 6mm outer diameter polyurethane hose, 2pcs 6mm inner diameter polyurethane elbow quick couplers and 2pcs with NR valves, thermal compound..

my laptop's internal fan adjust its speed depending on the temperature.. when the water cooling system is running, sometimes the fan automatically stop
