Here's how. Take a tennis ball or 2 tennis balls and stuck it underneath your chin. Flex your neck and "squeeze" the ball. Try to compress it between your chin and the pecs to the max. You could also position the ball to the sides and flex your neck laterally, working your angle of mandible. This will strengthen your chin. A combination of strong chin and neck will withstand pulverising haymakers. See also neck bridges in my video list.
