@masterflashito You can't really speculate on whether a band is good or not with fans or people who hate it. It's a matter of opinion in the end. You like it or you don't. There isn't a fact from sales or anything else that can change the opinion of people on music.

@rsohlich1 Lets break this down: Platinum = A lot of people bought the album. A lot of people buying an album = A lot of people like FOB's music. and a lot of people liking their music = obviously a good band. So, in a sense, sales does in fact correlate to greatness. You can be great without a lot of sales, but having a lot of sales usually means you are pretty damn good.

@rsohlich1 Oh, Fall Out Boy sucks? that's weird, because if i remember, they have been making hit songs for the past 10 years, are multi-platinum artists, and have a huge fanbase. so you may not like them, but they obvioulsy dont suck in any sense of the word.
