I thought ONLY the leader had the scimitars... Thanks, but I don't think I'll be playing Skyrim anymore xD.

There is also a few of them on enemies aboard the Dainty Sload near Solitude on the road to the lighthouse.

@ZxiwIncarnate yes indeed the ammount you get for helping her is about 10+ because there is about 8 redgaurds and the leader who you mentioned and he has two so its quiet a few scimitars.
