Andrey's son Adrian Shilov plays DANZA DE LA PALOMA ENAMORADA by Atahualpa Yupanqui at the International Festival "CRIMEAN FALL" in Simferopol, Ukraine, September 2006.
We played two concerts there. In each of the concerts we palyed some duets and solos. Andrey - just a couple of pieces and
the biggest part of the concerts was played by Adrian. The concerts took place in the Hall of Crimean Philharmonia. At that
moment Adrian was my student of the second year of the Music College. He finished the Music School under my guidance and was
my student in the College. Here he plays the pieces from his College programm.

  • Dear Andrey, you were a very good music teacher for your son Adrian, congratulations to you both!

I had the pleasure of seeing and hearing Atahualpa Yupanki in Bourges, he gave a concert at "La Maison de la Culture" there are about thirty years!

    Musical greetings, Rosy.

  • Thanks for your comment and also for translating. So you have so many nations mixed in your blood??? Incredible!

    Best regards!

  • This is, more or less, what I wrote: Very good interpretation. The best that have heard after the one of the proper Atahualpa Yupanqui: a big virtuoso of the guitar. I am Mexican, but also am Argentinian, Uruguayan, Colombian, Chilean and venezolano. It will not be missing me something of Cuban, and if they deepen in me, also am Japanese, Chinese, Congolese and sudafricano.

I tried to translated it in a site of Inernet, but I'm not sure it is the best translation Posible. Excuse me please.

  • Sorry, my friend, I can't read Spanish. I understood only the first phrase - so you like it. If you repeat it in English I'll answer you.

    Regards!
