u gotta keep the other hand up while punching bruv. and always come back to ur guard after the punch! And try to get looser while punching too, ur lookin a bit stiff.

try 20mm Gravel ! your wrists wont strenghten with dried peas or your sloppy technique . try wing chun punches on this thing & youll realise haymaker punches are slow and powerless..

@darktim99 you should have to load any of your punches by pulling back your guard. your left should only be loaded from the jab. right now if somebody slip your right lead jab, you will surely eat a right cross. not very tastey

your telegraphing when you jab. Stop pulling your non jabbing arm back to your ear.

i hear you but were would the "jabbing arm" be? also if you pull back to your face you have equal load up power on both hands when you use the torque of your hips.

yeh thanx 4 da comment. ill do a new 1 soon from a better angle i dint realise how bad it was until i uploaded it. my knucles are a bit messy now on a scale of 1-10 how do u rate tiger balmcos i can get it from a local shop but im not sure

tiger balm or dit do jow bro. either one. get a few different kinds as you may find one will be better for you then others. on days were your hands are a mess were woolen gloves. just helps your skin.

hi bro! yeah man they're not that bad. ive gotten to the stage were i m sure i break bone when i hit. that was the goal and i think im there. the wall looks battered now lol
