    Because it's not YOUR Union.

Each state is a sovereign nation unto itself, by law.

So if you believe that it cannot be dissolved by any state, then you believe laws should be DICTATED by elite supreme dictators..

  • @SovereignStatesman how does me not wanting someone that believes in Dissolving the union make me pro dictatorship? stop trolling

  • @Chaser880 So you believe in dictatorship. God HELP us!

  • he is one who want to be u.s.a PRESIDENT

  • 6:30 dollars that you criticized Ron Paul for "earmarking" to bring back to Texas. 8:14 question was specifically about control of the guard, not federal control "by and large". way to dodge the question Rick! 8:28 The real point was to posture for a run as President. 9:28 "Uhmm...?..?..?..".

So...Mr."I'd send the troops back to Iraq" agrees politically with Dr. Paul...Or is this just lip service to the people of Texas???

You can't have state sovereignty with his proposed foreign policy!

  • this secessionist asshole wants to be president, dear god.

  • The 10th Amendment is not sovereignty, it is RESERVED POWERS.

And in order to EXERCISE reserved powers, the state must HAVE sovereignty as a separate nation; or else the fed is the supreme and final judge of its own powers, and can simply claiming them to be "inherent" in the Constitution.

This is basic 1+1 stuff, it's amazing that anyone can be so stupid as to think they can "declare" sovereignty; if they don't already HAVE it then it means nothing; and if you already do then you don't need to!

  • FUNny, ILPHELAN,...I never said anything about you being open-minded or intelligent, haha. ( I guess you pat yourself on the back;)

Ah, but yes, Perry is a.k.a. "Governor Slickhair" to many in TX, and a mere politician. I think loads of TX Republicans sort of like him falling on his ass in the debates. Still, he is so full of himself that he can't seem to stop. Aside from that, it is interesting to see that part below about "UN charter of rights, under the right or self-determination".

  • @ILPHELAN I know, its good to see that sellout in a no-win situation, I just can not belive that Romney beat Santorum by only 8 votes.

  • @Wrayn2002 By the way, I did mention I found this entertaining video far too late to really get in on the fun. I just couldn't resist getting in on the fun a little after the party wrapped. Please forgive my tardiness!
