a DRV8811 based stepper motor controller with Estop 15 second lockout timer and lighting i designed.
VEXTA PK266ma stepper motor .9 degree steps
on the board
yellow light = step pulse/request
green light = forwards
red light = reverse
blue light = Estop lockout via timer or switch
bath lighting (currently only with 2 LEDs)
RED = do not place hands inside
GREEN = safe
i will probably make this circuit board available later as i have some improvements to make to it.
wires
power bundle(ziptie)
black = ground
red = Volts motor (up to 48 currenty at 12v)
purple blue= phase 1 drive
white orange = phase 2 drive
LED lighting
yellow = positive from lm317 20mA regulator
red = red leds
green = green leds
ESTOP
orange = ESTOP LOW / or ESTOP sense input (1k impedance to 4.7V zenner and NTA7002 gate)
orange disconnected ESTOP HIGH (accualy it needs a pull down not pull up lol small oversight from the person that created the circut)
black = 1K pull down
yellow = logic positive
no audio dont know why
first waveform at 1/2 way point is voltage
toward the end
5:30 first waveform on oscope is current chargeing (top) and dischargeing) and a couple of different micro steps of that
6:15 second is voltage waveform on 1 channal
