Hey i jailbroke my itouch and the headphone jack messed up (not because of jailbreaking it). so i restored it and sent it to apple with my warranty and it did not ruin it, they didnt say shit about it and it came back fixed. so poop on you lol

like i just explained before, when you jailbreak, you lose part of your accessible storage space that can't be retrieved even with a restore, so i'm pretty sure that the geniuses at apple will see that and will know that you jailbroke your device.
