Sad to say at my age, I think competing is out of question, however, still training hard. I now live in Southern Thailand and am helping at new gym with some of the best muay thai figters and trainers that Thailand has to offer. Hey thanks for the compliment. I guess at this age we are supposed to look for kind words such as yours. But really, I've been feeling like a young lady for quite a few years, partly to Muay Thai. Thanks again :-)

Thanks for the comments. No, I'm not an expert. Just love Muay Thai and the awesome shape that it keeps me in. I've been knocked on my rear end plenty of times through the years and am just getting back in to training after taking 2 years off. Be Blessed

Goonboo no she is not an expert and I would probably not put her in the ring to fight yet, BUT she is training hard and has potential. By all means film yourself then we will know if you are talking out of your ass or not.

Zinathailand keep it up I am 40 and still training, might get back in the ring and fight again this year to.
