What Xbox games does your son like to play? I'm a Halo fan myself. Oh, and I like the little beat he did with the editing at the end of your video. What was he doing on the couch though? Seemed as if he was fiddling with something. Anyhow, good video as usual :)

it cracks me up how everyone pulls different flavor off the same beer. I actually wouldn't describe it as being all that malty. It's very bitter - but just a pure dry bitterness, not very hoppy per se.
You didn't get orange from the amarillo?
There's some sweetness to it, slight caramel I suppose. Some astringency from us burning the LME while brewing it, lol

@ChadzBeerReviews Of course we saw your review, and commented. We didn't get orange notes, but I was kind of thinking apple so maybe I was just one tree and state away. And I think the 'malty' character we were picking up was the sweet vanilla cream soda taste. But still a decent beer and a 7/10 is pretty fair.
