It really isnt a big deal in my experience. The reason you go down fast is because you want to focus on the explosion on the way up, the negative rep on the way down. I have never had back pains doing this whatsoever, as long as I keep my posterior chain and core tight.

when you go down keep your back arched dont lean back your putting wayyy too much pressure on your spine, and a belt wouldent hurt, keep training and be careful
