I fucking swear Google is taking over the world. Before long their sattelites will be streaming videos instead of just taking images every now and then, and when it happen's, I making an underground shelter where I can't be seen. I fucking swear Google is taking over the world one step at a time.

It will not be hard to stream images from space. There is probably a way to do it now, but the only ones with the technology are government people. But Google could develop it..

I like to say that the military has or will have what you suggested, that is I dont dispute. It is the masses ...
I am not an expert but see if this matters. First the images have to be proccessed and distributed to millions of servers, then the servers would have to host the billions of images per hour and so on.

They wouldn't have to host billions of images per se. They could just make it keep 1 image per area which is constantly updated replaced every second with a new one, making a stream effect. It would not have to keep all the old images in the servers. And even if it had to, I am sure they could accomodate the space for it. I myself currently have a dedicated server with 3TB of space, and if I stored just images in it, I could probably have 1 billion or more.

You are right and it will be done quickly if the masses enjoy it like they do today. I am afraid that we need to put all our knowledge into fueling this first. But that is a separate point. Bottom line, I never say never to the future of technology.
