  • Amazing strength. I just love my kettlebells, and your videos are great for checking my form. I just can't help but bend my knee on my side presses...in time. Are you a qualified PT?

  • @markoid1 I am a qualified fitness and Extreme Kettlebell Instructor, doing my PT Cert soon. The side press?? Do you mean the windmill? If so, it is ok to bend the knee on the opposite side to the Kettlebell, if you need to. You can check out my tutorials for one on the windmill.

  • What is the weigth of the grey kettlebells?

  • @cc197476 Hey, it's 20kg :)

  • I agree very much with you kitty. I am a PT and MMA instructor. Cardio isn't the answer. It can work, but it requires 6-7 days a week and it has adverse effects on your metabolism. Women don't all need to lift 24k KB's, ;) but lifting is far better than cardio. A mix of both is great though, don't get me wrong.

I always work routines that incorporate enough weight to get between 10-15 reps, and I see good results.

  • Great video!!

@cuellare1547 As long as the shins stay straight / knees don't track forward (and the low back doesn't round) squatting that low is GREAT for your knees.

  • I like this whole video, but I cant help but notice how far down you're going on your squats...I could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure it messes up your knees if a person goes below parallel on a squat.

  • Nice work! :)

  • Very strong fit girl, good to see. Although she really should be breathing out during the movement up and not just at the top of the squat, that is how people get hernias and the like.

  • this looks scary. i'm so afraid that if i try this, i might accidently drop a KB on myself!

  • Would love You in My strength demo videos and magazine.

  • wonder if she wrestles.

  • Do you have a husband???

  • I would like to be ill in your hospital and you take care of me...!!!! déu meu!!heheh.
