where do you find the people that wave change into gemini sparks

First, you have to talk to Pat (green-haired guy) in the 1st area of the Mu ruins. Then pulse-in to the wave world and you'll be able to find Gemini Spark in the 2nd are of the Mu ruins.

Good thing in Starforce 2 they gave both of them health bars. Unlike in Starforce 1 where only one of them has it, making it very annoying on whom to strike.
