Well... I don't know where this video was taken. Western media lie too much this time.
The fact is that in Georgia Russians just bomb small groups of the rest of Americans troops which fought against South Ossetia as "Georgians" and now are trying to escape in Turkey.
Unfortunately, you'll never see the truth on CNN, BBC or Fox. It is really sad...
