hey forzaa1992 guy, wat r u talkin about u cant be a ten year veteren cos you never become one ur always gona be good but ull never be brilliant like all the karate masters in the world....if you think ur a veteran that just meens ur actual crap (compared to other people) cos if u think that ull never get better or progress in karate u have to think urself as rubbish and a practioner to get better. LOL ten year veteran if ur sayin that u proberly arnt...

im a 10 year vet in kenpo and the easiest way 2 break boards is 2 simply not think about the wood... just pretend nothing's there
