I'm looking at the chords to this... I think they've represented every single tone in this song. Or they're just trying to make it tough for guitar players that think they have even a fraction of a chance of being as good as these 5 wonderful men.

I can hear Eleanor Rigby in the melody, but the feel of it reminds me of Van Morrison -- ala Moondance.
