i usually just cut the power and sneak past the guard when he comes out, grab tape and keycard then sneak to get orderly, sedate smith, then keep orderly clothes to kill the 3 guys then sneak back to get my suit, and leave

I don't understand why 47 has to save this guy everytime. as I remember we have to save him in Hitman 2, Hitman Contracts and now Blood Money too. I doubt he is a agent.
