Seoul , South Korea is just like any other East Asian cities such as Beijing and Shanghai China , Tokyo / Osaka Japan - its all glittzy and bright lights at night. South East Asian not so . . . and i now beginning to wonder why. South East Asian - hotter humid climate or East Asian Colder ?
