CentOS 5.6 minimum installation

How to install CentOS. This video is for people who want to try running their own server but aren't sure if they can do it.

I'm installing on Parallels under Mac OS 10.5.x using a downloaded DVD ISO. This means my installation may be slightly different than yours, but the installation process should be almost the same.

sounds like either a G4 or a G5 tower. I greatly reduced my noise by adding two hard drives in the bay in the front, and one in the rear bay. Also, I removed the silver super drive cover in the bottom (empty) super drive.. it is the cheapest option, but it does reduce the noise.. lol BACK ON TOPIC, I have the CentOS 5.6 live cd and net install cd. I can NOT get either to install. apparently the net install imgs are no longer available. what do you suggest I do? I have 6.2 up and runnning

This is not the minimum installation, this is the default installation. A minimum installation would get rid of lots of the extra stuff you really don't need. It's a good video, but it doesn't match the title.
