@Dazthewolf Amy claims the song is about a stalker after I pitched the idea to Sheen for Two & a Half Men, & made up the "Men" theme song. I chose Rose as Charlie's stalkers name due to all the references we made to Rose. Axl Rose takes his name for a character, Rose Axelrod, in the '81 film Endless Love which I met Tom Cruise in '83 who had an uncredited role in the film and Kurt Cobain named the band Guns n' Roses (Top Gun). The character Rose on the Titanic, which I worked on the script.

@Boddahism Snow White was Amy Lee's screen name on the band's site, if I'm not mistaken. Lithium is a drug used to treat bipolar patients, and used to be very popular before the creation of modern antipsychotics. Amy Lee herself has stated in an interview that the song was about an experience she had with a stalker.
