The closest flavor I could compare it to is a non-alcoholic pina colada.
It's very good, just be careful how much concentrate you use. Too much or too little tastes like crap.
Just keep adding a little concentrate at a time to the water, until you learn how much is right.

Calpis sells significantly slower outside of Japan. A couple of small asian food stores in my area (south florida) have bottles of Calpis that have been on their shelves for several YEARS, and the white liquid inside the bottle has turned brown. :-(
