@flighty1996 I don't want to get drawn into a political argument because thats what I'm keen to avoid. There are no parallels here between the London Riots and the NICRA movement in NI (which I am from) but if police did use live ammunition etc. they would risk creating martyrs etc. and having the rioters shown in unfavourable light, like I say that's not the situation with the NICRA etc. and I have to stress that but shooting the rioters would have done more harm than good politically.

These people riot to get the newest Nike trainers or Addidas trac-suits. The NICRA fought for equality and for valid reasons (not saying i support Republican Extremism). Just to compare the 2 is extremely disgracefull and to say they are similar is stupid. Im not saying they should be shot but if the NICRA will be shot so should the August Rioters

@flighty1996 I get what you're saying and we are agreeing on the subject to be honest but 500 characters isn't enough for either of us to forward our arguments, we're discussing 2 cheeks of the same arse but what I mean is if they employed the same tactics again no matter the cirumstances then all hell would break loose, media field days example it was a case for the metropolitan police of fucked if they did and fucked if they didn't

@AndreasK6rgend Alcohol seems to cause a mental fog which lasts for a long time. I think this fog lasts for several months after a drinking session. Because so many people in this country drink alcohol it is commonly regarded as normal to be in this state.

I would like to see a specialist alcohol squad dealing with all alcohol related incidents. They could be paid by the shareholders who profit from alcohol sales. This would give police more time to protect and serve the public.

@Brady2k10 I know, right? The law enforcement there is extremely incompetent. It's all the senior law enforcement's fault. The Newark MP, Patrick Mercer, requested the use of the water cannon. Theresa May, the Home Secretary responded with, "The way we police in Britain is not through use of water cannon. The way we police in Britain is through consent of communities." I guess her inane lack of action is partially to blame?

I guess "consent of communities" didn't work this time...

good the police should be allowed to do this, fucking rioters took the piss and when i saw a police officer hitting on of them the news was like "we dont know if this police officer will be charged" wtf.. and then they wonder why kids r smashing up shops and rioting, BECAUSE YOU DONT GIVE THE POLICE ENOUGH AUTHORITY i swear if it was 20 years ago they used to beat the shit out of wrong doers but nowadays if a cop slaps someone he gets put behind bars, soft, pathetic britain such a shame.

@flighty1996 no i just am as awareness beautifying existence likewise of you . and if i was a blind believer of any church which all pretty much make self evident that the bible is a work of men with many contradictions`Exodus 12:20 Eat nothing made with yeast` and "The Kingdom of God is Within You" from Luke 17:21 clearly states that one should meditate instead of praying and speaking from a conditioned mind.
