When I install my SoundGear, it say that the software isn't compatible with 64 bit versions of Windows. What's the deal?

Can I plug my guitar amp into it? I can't get any sound out of my computer or my amp! Please help! I just DL'ed the software and there is no sound coming from anywhere.

To connect your pod to your monitors, are u using XLR to jack? (this one, jack, mono?) or simply jack to jack stereo? Thnxs!
