Noisy neighbours are sub-human scum with the mentality of farm or wild animals. They should be treated as such. If us normally evolved humans want a pig or cow to comply : you force the discipline on the animal until it is subordinate to you. Scum neighbours should be treated the same. Remember they have less cognitive capacity than us decent humans. In an ideal world they would be rounded up and exterminated for the good of humankind. We are superior to them and they don't deserve to exist.

May I recommend some hard as fuck techno /watch?v=npe9ZXwmzkE I've had many problems with different noisy neighbours, all students. But one of my neighbours one time were regularly noisy at all times of day and night being completely unreasonable so I'd try to speak to them, usually being ignored until one day I was told to fuck off without them even opening the door... so plan B. Little did they know I actually have a PA sound system, so pressed them firmly against the wall and it was game over

I have a noisy neighbor who plays rap all day on into night. After 10 pm I asked politely to turn it down and they did. A few days later the started up again and politely asked them to turn it down and they did and again and again the same. Then this time they had the music up again so I looked out the window and the guy looked me and then turned the music down and then back up. I finally called the popo and a few minutes showed up. Now I can barely hear the music at worst anymore.
