This is an instructional video on performing a front lat pulldown. A must perform exercise to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles from a pulling standpoint. The proximal portion of the tricep is involved believe it or not. No elbow flexion/extension movement but still tricep activity. The core is also strenghtend isometrically when performed properly.
